Inbound CSC Rep II 1st & 2nd Shift
This Inbound Call Center Position Features multiple shifts:
7am to 3:30pm
8am to 4:30pm
9:30am to 6pm
11:30am to 8pm
Training will be for 1 week 9am to 3:30pm
We are looking for candidates that can give excellent customer service to clients all over the US.
Responsible for documenting details of client calls while on the phone and inputting this directly into the system.

High School Diploma or GED
6 month minimum previous in-bound call center experience with an emphasis on customer service preferred.
