In this role, you will take inbound phone calls and provide stellar customer service. This is 100% inbound customer service. Great location in Tempe around I-10 and the 101. You'll spend your time at work in a gorgeous, upscale office building.
Start date every two weeks and we offer paid training up to 6 weeks Monday ?Friday 7:00 am-3:45pm or 10:00 am-6:45 pm. Your full time schedule will be determined in the 3rd or 4th week of training. The call center is open: Monday ? Sunday 5 am ? 9:30 pm. You will have a shift between these hours and will work one of the weekend days.
You will have lunch break for 45 minutes and (2) 15 minute breaks a day. There is a smoking area provided. $12.25 is the pay rate. This is a 90-day-contract-to-hire position. After 90 days in a good stand, you will be converted into permeant employee with an outstanding benefits package such as 100% employer paid medical, dental, life insurance, overtime after 32 hours a week, generous PTO, etc.
