Job Responsibilities: - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task with a variety of screens and web based tools (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet). - Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each and every transaction - Meet metric requirements that include maintaining proper call lengths, schedule adherence, upgrade downgrades, sales, conversion and quality metrics as applicable. - Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively. - Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed by Sitel s Client. - Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision. - Ability to interact positively with customers, peers and supervisors. - Other duties as assigned. Pay Rate:Agents start at $10.50/hr - $13.00/hrPerks: Employee Discounts with several leading retail stores and more, Inbound Calls Only, No Outbound Sales, No Collections, Paid Training, Casual Work Attire, and community outreach programs. Other Excellent Benefits: At 60 days - Medical, Dental, Vision, Orthodontic, 401(k) Plan, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacations, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability Requirements:- Must be able to successfully pass a 7-Year Criminal Background check (County, State & Federal), a credit check that reviews active collections and a drug test. - Candidates must be at least 18 years of age or older. - Must have open schedule availability 7 days a week (Hours of operation typically between: 7 AM 11:30 PM) - Typing words per minute required Minimum of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
