Prior insurance experience is not required as we will provide paid comprehensive training. Job Summary We are looking for qualified customer service representative applicants who demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, strong communication and strong people skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a high volume customer service call center environment. You will be responsible for building relationships with the customer by providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchasing proper automobile and homeowner insurance coverage, looking for opportunities to provide value and offer new insurance products. Prior insurance experience is not required as we will provide paid comprehensive training. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities -Counsel customers/agents on policy coverage s and options. -Upgrade coverage and look for opportunities to offer new coverage/products to existing customers as appropriate. -Provide phone requested quotes to customers for changes to existing lines or products. Strong Keyboard Skills System Navigation Skills -High School diploma or equivalent -Exceptional customer service skills with demonstrated prior experience. -Excellent communication and consultation skills. -Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport with others. -Ability to acquire and maintain valid agent licenses (based on business needs). -Ability to multi-task and use strong keyboard/systems navigational skills while maintaining high quality standards.
