This Inbound Customer Service Rep Position Features:

Skills/ Responsibilities
? Answering inbound calls from internal employees (team-members regarding their Annual Benefit Enrollment Season).
? All calls must be answered in a courteous and efficient manner
? Must be flexible and able to work overtime . Schedule anywhere between M-F 7-am-7pm ( NO WEEKENDS)
? Must be a quick learner, we are looking for extraordinary individuals who are excited to be a part of a team focused on service excellence

Qualifications:
? Criminal background check required
? Leadership skills/ experience
? Experience with customer service- *Health Benefits experience preferred
? Experience with Windows and an aptitude to learn.
? Need to have STRONG communication skills and be articulate.
