The Sears Member Service Organization is seeking motivated, goal-oriented, people experts who embrace the opportunity to learn a new career and desire more than a short term position. Our Retail Service Reps will be assisting customers with product purchases and problem resolution over the phone. Never worked over the phones before but want to flex and strengthen your customer service skills...not a problem, we have great training and some of our most successful and tenured people will tell you this was their first call center experience. REQUIREMENTS: *Willingness to learn and be coached! We have successful advisers from all backgrounds(construction, restaurant, face to face retail, etc..) but what makes them great is their ability to take feedback and learn!
*Flexible on schedule. As mentioned holidays are coming quickly. There may be times we are slow and you can leave early, but as the season ramps there will be overtime!
