Superior Group is looking for an Industrial Engineer - Level 2 for our Client located in Liverpool, NY.

Provide Industrial Engineering support to Radar and Sonar programs currently in Manufacturing phase.
Analyzes current labor performance and justifies labor standards.
Interacts with Manufacturing/Test Engineering, Finance, and Project Management organizations to formalize labor standards process.
May help create and maintain shop floor crew plans in support of flow lines
Develop appropriate metrics to identify schedule or performance risk areas
Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, and inventory control

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years Cost/labor estimation experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with data analysis and trend analysis.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Understanding of Industrial Engineering fundamentals, including time standards, actuals, realization factors, and targets.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
MS product knowledge, specifically Excel.
Lean, Six-Sigma, Green or Black Belt training/experience
Ability to read/interpret drawings, parts lists, technical data package
Experience working in Solumina, SAP, BI HANA, and/or COS
