* Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals\. This position will be located in Palmdale, Ca\. The ideal candidate will have experience in investigations, counterintelligence, operational security, physical security systems, briefings, threat awareness, and collecting/reporting adverse information within an aerospace environment\. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp on proper grammar and report formatting\. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Investigate security incidents to determine root cause and culpability\. Prepare concise reports specifying corrective action to be taken\. Investigate security violations, infractions and incidents involving employees, vendors, and/or third parties\. Compile adverse information reports and submit to the government as required\. Prepare written reports on deficiencies, actions and recommendations to reduce security incidents\. Maintain case management and evidence in accordance with legal requirements\. Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills required\. The ideal candidate will have a background in special access programs and a general understanding of customer security documents and requirements to include the NISPOM, SAP Manuals, Security Classification Guides \(SCGs\) and Intelligence Community Directives \(ICDs\)\. The candidate will be responsible for keeping detailed metrics and trend analysis related to investigations involving violations and infractions of company and government policies\. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for working with government security to enhance our counterintelligence education program to ensure relevant threats and prevention measures are current\. Candidate must have strong project management skills, be detail oriented, well organized, self\-starter, able to manage time and multi\-task to accomplish a variety of responsibilities, sometimes with conflicting priorities and timelines\. Candidate must have the ability to prepare reports in a concise manner and have the ability to work with all personnel, government representatives and inspectors in a professional and courteous manner\. The candidate must have experience in conducting trend analysis and deploying efforts at detecting intelligence collection activities and/or potential terrorist activities\. The candidate will liaison with local law enforcement agencies, government officials, and VIPs\. Candidate will be expected to support high level executive visits and works directly with individuals' personal protective services\. The candidate will maintain membership on the local 'USAF' Antiterrorism Working Group \(TWG\) and Integrated Defense Council \(IDC\)\. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect to the larger mission and strategy, while integrating into an inclusive work environment characterized by mutual respect, valuing differences and working in a culture of caring, accountability and innovation with a team of employees motivated to perform to the highest levels\. Candidate will be expected to perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management\. Position requires a current Top Secret Clearance\.Basic Qualifications:
