JOB DESCRIPTIONSUMMARY: Will operate technical equipment in the preparation of meat by-products for shipment to customers. Maintain quality and standard yields.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
* Work independently with very little supervision.
* Must be able to learn and operate computer system.
* Willing to work in an area with strong odors.
* Prepare product for shipment
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the work environment, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required or preferred. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in processing is required
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: English/Spanish Preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Lifting over 50lbs, standing, walking
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hot, Cold, Noise level (High) strong odors
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management
