TITLE: SaaS Information Security Analyst
The SaaS Information Security Analyst position requires a seasoned security expert that is responsible for ensuring the protection and security of all information systems, infrastructure, and applications in the complex, global 24x7 SaaS environment. This responsibility includes managing all customer, contractual and regulatory assessments, writing security policies, procedures and guidelines, overseeing remote access, monitoring security system alerts, and mitigating or responding to threats as outlines in security policies within the organization. The individual reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and will work directly with many organizations throughout Infor. They will be expected to have the ability to work independently with little on-going supervision and have extensive technical abilities crossing system and database configuration issues. They will be expected to subscribe to varied expert blogs and discussions to stay abreast of the latest application threats. The person must be able to work effectively with product teams -- essentially performing as an expert developer -- to inform other developers of potential issues and how to remediate or mitigate them to a reasonable level of risk. Experience in addressing customer security concerns in a pre-sales situation is a plus. They must be fully trust-worthy as they will hold extensive knowledge of Infor's products that could be valuable to our competitors or to others wishing to cause harm to the Infor business or brand.
Specific aspects of their duties are:
a) Determines enterprise information assurance and security standards,
b) Develops and implements information assurance/security standards and procedures,
c) Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization. Recommends information assurance/security solutions to support customers requirements,
d) Identifies, reports, and resolves security violations,
e) Establishes and satisfies information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands,
f) Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies,
g) Supports sales teams in addressing security concerns of potential customers,
h) Applies their specialized experience to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures,
i) Performs analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures,
j) Analyzes and defines security requirements for computer systems which may include mainframes, workstations and personal computers, j) designs, develops, engineers and implements solutions that meet security requirements,
k) Provides integration and implementation of the computer system security solution,
l) Analyzes general information assurance-related technical problems and provides basic engineering and technical support in solving these problems,
m) Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle,
n) Ensures that all information systems are functional and secure.
