Information System Analyst

- The Xilinx US Business Applications Solutions team is looking for an Information System Analyst. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in a wide range of activities including project work as well as day to day application support. The candidate will be expected to interact with resources across IT and Operations. Specific duties include:
- Development of new code from design specifications
- Support existing application code
- Analysis of existing program code and data
- Deep problem solving skills
- Participation in project lifecycle activities
- Communication with business and IT stakeholders on project and support
- Job Requirements:
- 3 years PL/SQL programming in an Oracle 11g environment
- Proficiency in Oracle Forms & Reports 11g
- Proficiency in UNIX Shell scripting
- Knowledge and experience of SDLC
- Knowledge of Oracle e-Business applications
- Experience of an industry standard code versioning tool
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science
- Self-motivated and able to manage self-imposed deadlines / responsibilities
- Strong communications skills across a broad range of stakeholders
- A strong commitment to following and improving processes and procedures Desirable Experience:
- Experience in the following Oracle ERP modules: Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Quality
- Familiarity with Oracle Advanced Planning & Scheduling
- Familiarity with Oracle Workflow builder
- Familiarity with Oracle Applications Development Framework (ADF)
- Familiarity with Java, XML and Oracle AIA
