JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Job Description ENSCO, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) with experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO). Primary duties will be that of an ISSM, but will require performance as an Assistant Contractor Security Officer (ACSSO) to assist the FSO/CSSO when needed for future efforts. The ISSM/ACSSO will provide onsite support for all DoD and IC Computer security actions and serve as the Information Security liaison with US Government, Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) counterparts. The selected candidate will prepare and review documentation to include System Security Plans (SSPs), and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages. The ISSM/ACSSO will obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. The ISSM/ACSSO will manage and maintain Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment. The selected candidate will develop and implement security documentation including program protection plans, system security/accreditation plans, and managed access plans.
Qualifications Required (Skills)
AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE WITH ABILITY TO OBTAIN SCI IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent
5 years of experience as an ISSM or Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to include experience as a cleared defense contractor working in corporate and government environments
Experience with the classification management process and classification guides associated with DoD and IC information
Experienced in implementing security policy and procedures to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program and other government security regulations.
Experience adhering to and ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, Federal security regulations, and corporate security policies and procedures. Extensive knowledge of industrial security administration and government databases that include, but are not limited to:
Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations (e-QIP)
Security Classification Guides
Knowledge and understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Experience implementing C&A under the RMF
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to internal and external customers with the ability to offer experienced guidance to executive staff and subcontractors.
Experience leading and conducting internal audits, participating in Government assessments and inspections, investigating and mitigating areas of risk or non-compliance, pre-employment vetting
Certificate of Completion from the DSS Academy ISSO/ISSM courses, CSSO certification and COMSEC certification
Must have strong knowledge of NISPOM, NISPOM Chapter 8 and other DoD and IC security compliance documents
Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
Must be able to be at ENSCO facility within 30 minutes of notification of a security incident involving the facility
