Act-1 Group of Companies is seeking someone who finds these concepts exciting and full of opportunity. We seek a Business Process Analyst.

The Business Process Analyst works with field personnel and SMEs in Enterprise Development and throughout the organization to identify requirements and enhancements for field tools and translate those requirements into functional specs that MIS can use to build or modify their systems. The BPA will engage with MIS to advocate for their projects and shepherd them through the development process. This individual will also provide analysis of processes and data to advance and support strategies related to maximizing efficiencies and business intelligence. This will involve analyzing both external and internal data on hiring trends, supply and demand, as well as competitive data and develop and or work with internal development teams to create actionable reports for business action from senior management to branch management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Act as a liaison between Enterprise Development and MIS to identify and translate user needs and feature requirements into functional specs, then help shepherd projects through development
? Access, compile and analyze data from multiple and sometimes tenuously linked data sources
? Identify and create segmentation and seasonal/category/regional/metro area trends to recommend targeted operational/sales/marketing strategies
? Compile and analyze data for external sources such as BLS to provide insights that can be shared with sales force to enhance productivity or clients and prospects to enhance our position as domain experts.
? Evaluate pricing realization to assist in maximizing performance and lifetime client value
? Other duties as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Broad understanding of the software development process and an ability to translate feature and requirements into language that will allow IT professionals to build or modify systems.
? Experience working on cross functional teams and building consensus for the appropriate path
? Experience working with ERP and HRIS systems
? Experience using SQL to generate reports
? Experiencing analyzing business data and performing statistical analysis.
? Excellent time and project management skills
? Excellent communication skills
? Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools strongly preferred.
