MarketStar currently hase an opportunity available for an Inside Channel Solutions Account Manager who will be responsible for managing VARs within their individual territory. The ICSAM will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and account management, creating a vision model for territory goals, pro-actively discovering customer needs, while advocating the clients products, services and developing/increasing business levels, training on all of the clients architecture with the main target being to grow revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identify and tier top accounts within the assigned territory
* Develop strategic plans for increasing sales within territory accounts
* Proactively manage territory and mission critical events
* Respond to client questions in a timely manner
* Meet with AE weekly to discuss progress and territory growth
* Submit timely weekly reports of activities and competitive data for your territory
* Profile and identify solid product dealer programs within assigned territory
REQUIREMENTS:

* 4 year Business/Technical sales degree preferred
* 1-3 Years sales experience, business to business sales preferred
* Knowledge of Value-Added-Reseller channel preferred
* Excellent communication and sales skills
* Ability to comprehend technology
* Able to learn quickly
* Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional
* Able to excel in a team environment
* Results-oriented
