This role is responsible for servicing clients in an assigned geographical territory. They are required to make at least 50-60 outbound calls a day, generate leads, complete quality calls and meeting sales quotas. li Complete initial training program and attend weekly sales meetings for recurring training /li li Learn the core features and benefits for all products and services offered by the company /li li Foster solid, value-add customer relationships using company provided sales training and any other prescribed criteria /li li Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline /li li Develop long-term, strategic customer relationships developing a strong base to enhance cross and up-sell revenue generating opportunities /li li Satisfy customer needs through the use of clear, complete, and accurate explanations of features and benefits to prospects while resolving concerns in non-technical terms /li li Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system /li li Update records as required and instructed to ensure quality conversations, proper follow up, and account knowledge management /li li Meet a minimum of 50 - 60 outbound calls per day to provide leads and meet monthly sales quotas as set by management based on past performance of other reps and desired growth in year over year performance /li li Work as part of a team of dedicated inside sales account managers to cross-train and achieve team sales goals /li li Maintain a professional attitude in dealing with customers, prospects, and staff members /li li Comply with company policy for safeguarding customer and corporate proprietary information /li li Attend industry events on a voluntary basis to cultivate prospects (expenses paid) /li /ul

li Bachelor's degree preferred /li li 3-5 years of inside sales experience or related high volume outbound experience /li li Experience with a CRM system preferred /li li Hard worker and strong work ethic /li li Ability to multi-task /li li Excel in a deadline driven environment /li li Have strong communication skills /li /ul
