Our client offers a cutting edge enterprise security platform solution that allows their client to detect cyber threats, monitor the attacker's behavior and movement, conduct analysis, identify, and trouble shoot - IN REAL TIME.
This is an opportunity to join a growing technology organization to lead a small inside sales team as well and carry an individual quota. This is a Player/Coach role. This role will be responsible for growing and scaling the sales team while generating revenue. You will work closely with the VP to build strategy and model as well as work in the trenches with the team to grow the bottom line and increase bandwidth.
* 2+ years Inside Sales Leadership with in a technology organization is a must
* Ability to work in a Start-up environment
* Experience in a Player/Coach role is preferred
* Ability to manage by metrics, help team build pipeline, execute
* Hunting and closing experience
BASE COMP: $100,000
TOTAL COMP: $200,000
