The Inside Sales Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the National Manager by helping to drive the sales process in Maryland and surrounding territories. This is accomplished by helping the National Manager source and assess qualified sales talent, train and up-skill the sales talent and executing a flawless sales process.

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS:
* Sell Price Protection Plans to Businesses.
* Supervise energy consultants.
* Source and recruit energy consultants and grow headcount.
* Train and develop energy consultants, trainers, leaders and assistant mangers.
* Help Maintain Sales Quotas for consultant trainees upon completion of training
* Deliver a great experience to all consultants and business owners with a high morale atmosphere.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
* 3 - 5 years or more of sales management experience.
* Adherence and compliance to Protocall's processes (sales, recruiting, training, coaching)
* Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, motivational, and friendly.
* Ability to form collaborative partnerships and work closely with Managers and Business Directors.
* Ability to communicate in a clear, succinct and professional manner.
* Ability to provide feedback and coaching that is specific and constructive.
$80, + average annual earnings.
