JOB DESCRIPTIONOur Account Executives will use a consultative sales approach to engage each client into an interactive strategy session. Account Executives will ensure that each client is well informed with reasonable expectations in regards to the legal representation process. The Account Executive will access each prospective client's tax situation in order to propose a solution that would closely meet the client's expectations.
' Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, while effectively working in a high-energy, possibly noisy, demanding call-center like environment
' Must be able to reach production quotas including performing continuous consultations back to back.
' Schedule and perform follow up calls to clients
' Understand and be able to explain IRS & State programs available to taxpayers following our client's scripted presentation
' Using a consultative sales approach, must be able to professionally interact with highly stressed clients in financial peril
' Be able to gather and analyze feedback from prospective clients about their tax solutions. Assesses prospect's financial position to determine the best course of action
' Identify which services will be best match for the needs of the prospective client
' Persuasively explain the value of the solution and clarify expectations of the prospective client
' When appropriate, decline prospective clients with unreasonable OR unattainable expectations
' Must properly document all conversations and accurately capture relevant information and inputting into computer system.
' Negotiation- Must be able to negotiate outcomes that gain the support of and acceptance of all parties.
' Persistence- Able to complete tasks or continue in a course to of action in spite of opposition or discouragement
' Relationship Building- Must be able to effectively build relationships
' Persuasive- Be able to influence others to change position or adopt a specific point of view
' Closing Skills- Proficient in controlling the interviews while listing, positioning solutions, and obtaining & securing financial compensation
' Accountability- Able to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions
' Sales Ability- Able to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication
' 2 plus years of experience in telephonic sales
' Proven sales experience with a successful sales track record.
' Ability to close
