?Recruit quality new resellers in targeted markets ? initiate prospect identification, contact plan
?Nurture existing resellers to a successful increase in revenue
?Proactive outbound calling that includes no less than six hours of proactive calling each day.
?Skilled at successfully representing Client and presenting product differentiators over the phone
?Manage the account and drive revenue in all assigned resellers in their territory through initiated sales activity
-Improve Client?s share of telecom spend from multi-vendor resellers
-Increase quarter-over-quarter results from assigned resellers within the territory
?Achieve territories assigned sales objectives from new and assigned resellers
?Understand the Client product line completely, including operation of the Client demo kit, and be able to translate that knowledge to the customer through application identification and feature/benefit analysis
?Manage new resellers to quickly accept and sell the Client product line through the sale of tech training, demo kits, eligible systems and the utilization of the appropriate sales/operations resources
?Work with ISR to populate and maintain the Client communications database for the region
?Create/enter error-free orders, product and service escalations and all other required paperwork in a timely manner
?Facilitate interdepartmental communications to resolve reseller issues as needed
?Understand all internal software tools
?Develop on line training skills to effectively utilize screen sharing presentations
?Good command of the English language and an understandable telephone speaking voice
?Spend six hours to seven hours each day at an assigned desk
?Minimum high school education or equivalent
?Excellent outbound sales calling skills ? ability to consistently drive and control the call
?Working knowledge of the outbound prospecting sales process, inside sales experience required
?Good written and verbal skills
?Working knowledge of business computer software
