? Identifies service opportunities from current customers that require additional services due to growth and/or additional functionality needs.
? Accountable for achieving sales targets and order entry.
? Develops and fosters a strong relationship with their specific customers.
? Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers.
? Executes against the major steps of the sales process: find new business opportunities, qualify new opportunities, and close new business.
? Identifies and utilizes appropriate internal resources to engage in sales cycles.
? Identifies business plan and strategy, key decision makers, key performance indicators, and budget constraints.
? Ability to manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
? Ability to work well under stress and work well with others
? Excellent organizational skills
? Desire to take on challenges
? Minimum 3 years inside sales/telemarketing w/ experience in a technical field.
? Technical OEM sales experience. Knowledge of wire, cable, connector, harness or electronic components applications helpful.
? Personable, outgoing, helpful, able to initiate conversation and communications in an engaging manner.
? Proven track record of exceptional lead generation results.
? Experience working in a team sales environment.
? Knowledge of CRM/Contact Manager software a plus, but not required.
? Supply Chain experience a plus.
? Superior oral and written communication skills.
? Comfortable interfacing with engineer supported product that requires some product knowledge.
? Excellent customer service skills and good listener
