* Inside B2B sales experience2 - 5years
* Cold Calling experience
* Comfortable being on the phone most of the day

* Make 120+ dials per day Conducting calls without scripts
* Speak to as many decision makers as possible
* Work with a team and independently
* Track and document activities in the CRM system and communicate with the Sales Lead
* Schedule onsite appointments for Outside Sales to close
* Provide reporting of progress against daily, weekly, quarterly goals
