We re adding to our residential sales teams and currently searching for Inside (Account Executives) Sales professionals for our Chatsworth location. Primary responsibilities for this position include:Retail/ Showroom Setting for demonstrations and to drive client trafficResearch prospects and make outbound calls to home improvement industry professionalsAssist walk-in customersReceive area internet leads follow-up via e-mail or phone to close salesUse the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemAnswer phones, check voicemail, return customer calls and assist with questions (when necessary)Oversee all day-to-day operations of the showroomMaintain accurate reports for the following:Daily sales reportsWeekly pipeline reportsWeekly prospecting reports10/20 day monthly forecasting The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:3+ years of successful sales experience is a MUSTExcellent people skills with the ability to sell over the phone, via email correspondence, and in-person consultationsStrong time management and organizational skillsOutgoing, professional, and self-motivated is a mustStrong verbal and written communication skills We Offer:Base salary + commission structureMedical Insurance (Anthem Blue Cross)Dental and Vision coveragePaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays401k
