JOB DESCRIPTIONDo you enjoy the thrill of the hunt? This is a newly created position within a well-established company. The Inside Sales Representative will be an integral part of introducing products and services to new and existing clients with the goal do grow business. It is critical that this person be flexible, able to communicate new products and services and receive coaching.
This position will be responsible for establishing and driving tangible results from targeted markets and lead generation activities. The Inside Sales Representative will need to quickly build customer rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative selling style, thereby building a funnel of opportunities to close.
* Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team to define processes for the department ? including creating SOPs, selling scripts, targets, and tracking methods
* Identify and propose strategic options and opportunities for growing revenue and profit from Inside Sales Department ? including investments in people, infrastructure, and software/systems (CRM/salesforce.com, database management, phone systems, etc.)
*Engage customers and prospects via phone and email to qualify them as opportunities and assign them to the appropriate owner(s)
*Develop and follow standard work to contact and convert leads to opportunities, utilizing a consultative sales strategy
*Utilize funnel management practices to measure opportunities and progress them to close
*Meet and exceed monthly and annual quotas
*Handle technical and applications sales questions from customers and provide prompt, accurate answers
*Develop department key performance indicators (KPIs), visual management, and countermeasures where appropriate
*Collaborate with other Marketing and Sales team members to continue to improve lead program and processes
