Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will handle telephone contact and sales to new and existing customers, educating them about new PTC offerings, providing solution-based selling of PTC products and services, and following up to close. In this internally based position, you will cultivate relationships with current customers, prospect for new customers, and develop your business-to-business sales skills. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also support PTC s Regional Directors and Strategic Account Representatives to develop new leads.

Responsibilities:

To achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC s complete line of software, training and consulting to product development companies

* Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts

* Coordinate with RD's and Field Representatives

* Respond to inquiries from sales leadership as requested

* Ensure Quality Control of finished projects and document these projects monthly

* Work cross functionally with groups such as MKT, TRN, OA

* Schedule training classes

* Develop revenue forecast in coordination with your direct Manager

* Track Sales Process within Salesforce

* Answer incoming calls and e-mails in relation to sales questions

* Help process immediate orders in for delivery of software

* Answer questions on software, training, and consulting

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor s Degree
