Inside Sales Representative

Black Box Network Services, the global leader in voice, data and infrastructure services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with experience in lead generation of telecommunication products and services to medium to large enterprises.

Responsibilities:

* Develop new and existing accounts within their geographic region through effective cold calling, networking, solution selling and closing.

* Establish and maintain customer and vendor relationships.

* Assist Account managers with sales presentations, marketing events and other client needs.

* Identify and conduct effective networking activities with solution partners, consultants and other professionals to maximize revenue and generate new business.

* Leverage web 2.0 tools, social media and collaborative applications to communicate and network with customers and prospects.

* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.

* Updates job knowledge by maintaining vendor certification and targeted specializations.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience of business to business sales experience, preferably in with in an IT or Telecommunications company.

* Proven track record in lead generation, lead qualification, negotiating, and closing deals.

* Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to grasp technical terminology and concepts.

* Self-starter with the ability to work in a team oriented environment.

* Strong analytical and numeric ability.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
