? Utilizing consultative selling techniques to present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customers' needs and expectations

The Account Manager will be responsible for farming existing client base on an ongoing basis. Following up with clients to consult regarding their needs and how the company can help solve problems. The Account Manager will be responsible for care and nurture of the accounts.
In this engaging role, you will be receiving inbound sales calls and gathering information from customers that have been transferred by utility companies from across the country. You will be helping consumers make wise, cost-effective decisions by explaining the options, service plans and service providers available.
This position involves telephone contact to sell policies and service existing accounts. Candidates should have previous sales and service experience, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work well with others. Must be able to meet continuing education requirements.
The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer keyboard skills as well as letter writing and computer processing. Previous insurance background is a plus but not a requirement. Comprehensive training is provided.
Education/Skills Required or Desired
? Bachelor's degree
? Minimum of 3 years inside sales, preferably in both service provider and software environment
? 1-3 years in transport sales or related high tech industry
? Proven successful track record of lead generation, funnel management, and revenue growth, preferably in a B2B environment
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Successful forecast and business management using Salesforce.com application is helpful
