We are seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team in Addison, IL.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Support Representative assists with administrative duties of installation business development, audit business development. order entry and invoicing. They assist the Regional Executive Assistant with facility management, provides as back-up
for order entry, codes and submits invoices for approval and payment and orders office supplies, including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, etc. The Inside Sales Support Representative, in consultation with the Regional Vice President and Integration
Manager, coordinates employee social events and activities. They will process outgoing mail and other deliveries, and sort and deliver incoming mail and other deliveries. The Inside Sales Support Representative handles all incoming phone calls as required.
Additional Responsibilities:

Coordinates address changes and new vendor form submissions to the ePayables system.

Processes incoming sales leads.
Contributes to promote positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

Performs all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.

Takes whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience requirements

High school graduate or GED required; Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in executive support, order entry and coordination functions.

Must be self-directed.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Proven multi-tasker who has a high level of energy and remains calm in high energy environments.

Must be an independent worker that is able to achieve targets with minimum supervision.

Have a strong customer service mentality and be a strong team player.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
