POSITION SUMMARY

1st Alliance Lending is seeking an individual to join our wholesale lending team as a business developmentmanager. This individual seeks out and develops both wholesale and retail referral partner business relationships with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, credit unions, banks, realtors and builders to educate and train these clients on 1st Alliance mortgage products and technology with the goal of acquiring their mortgage loan production within an assigned geographic territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain wholesale and referral partner loan production for FHA and other loan products.
*

Review all loan programs/products with clients , answer scenario questions, provide status updates
*

Acts as liaison between clients and operations.
*

Facilitate client submission of loan referrals and packages.
*

Train clients on use of available online systems.
*

Manage loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
*

Work with management and operations to improve the viability of the wholesale and referral partner business channels.
*

Maintain high customer service standards while looking after the Company's best interest and complying with policies and procedures.
*

Other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

*

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
*

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry or real estate industry to include sales, and marketing experience.
*

Prior knowledge of mortgage lending programs.
*

Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS office products.
*

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
*

Strong customer service skills.* Ability to handle detailed assignments.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, and have the ability to speak, understand, and communicate well with partners and personnel.
