Insider Threat Program Operations Analyst 8/12/2016
JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY RESPONSIBILITIES:
US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.
Provides subject matter expertise for the Army Insider Threat Program by developing, refining, and optimizing operational processes supporting the Army Insider Threat Program. This includes developing and refining the concept of operations (CONOPS), business rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Army Insider Threat Hub. The HUB s responsibilities, processes, and business rules must be correctly designed to optimize integration with existing Army processes that deal with insider threats while protecting and not infringing upon privacy and civil liberties of individuals. The HUB must seamlessly receive/access and integrate pertinent existing information - such as from human resources (HR), personnel security (PERSEC), cybersecurity, law enforcement (LE), counterintelligence (CI), and medical records - with new data streams, such as information derived from user activity monitoring, continuous evaluation (CE), and installation access, as well as other applicable DOD information systems. The HUB s operational workflows must integrate other Army supporting elements dealing with insider threats and work with existing Army response elements to investigate possible threats and take any necessary action. The Operations Analyst also supports reviews and tracking of the Army Insider Threat Program Implementation Plan and recommends changes as necessary to ensure all lines of efforts supporting the Program are synchronized.
* Active US Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
Thorough knowledge of Army and DoD organizational structure and all pertinent policies to include specific Insider Threat Program policies that govern compliance requirements. * 5 years military and 3 years of HQDA (Headquarters, Department of the Army) experience required.

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
