Job Title: Installation Manager

Reports to: General Manager

Supervises (if applicable): Yes

Position Summary:
The main responsibility of this position is to manage team members who install products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable manner. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction, managing a team and be able to communicate what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the manufactured product installation process as well as all Closet Services functions
Ensure all matters affecting the Installation and Closet Services processes are managed effectively
Hire, train, and supervise all personnel in the Installation department
Follow up on all services to ensure the work is of top quality
Communicate with other departments to facilitate and improve customer service and interdepartmental processes
Professional, confident and always seeking a win-win
Ability to work with common hand and power tools
Offer assistance with completion of the finished product and install in customer s home
Providing customer service skills to customer once product is installed and attentive to any concerns or issues
Attend and facilitate monthly training meetings
Continuous collaboration with Design Consultants and shop employees prior to install to ensure job completion

Valid and clean driver s license
1+ years manager level trade experience in carpentry and/or cabinetry installation
HS Diploma or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft office suite and AutoCad a plus
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and navigate stairs
Experience with common hand and power tools
Reliable and punctual with excellent work ethic
Customer service oriented personality
Ability to communicate and work with customers
Ability to handle physical demanding and fast paced environment
Certifications in Leadership Development, Coaching and Conflict Resolution preferred

Special Conditions:
Schedule is Monday through Friday, plus some weekends and require overtime
