Job Description
The administrative assistant position will handle general duties to support various divisions of the insurance department
-
NCJUA, SCWHA & RLI
� - Verify and confirm payment on all new business applications
� - Evaluate renewals and send out to customers

Premium Trust Account
� - Process Premium Trust Check Deposits
-
Drivers License Letters
� - Mail out all letters for drivers licenses for TMIC customers and track receiving

� Post Issue Referrals
� - Log post issue referrals and research for end of month evaluation
Requirements:
-High school diploma
-Administrative experience is a plus but not required
-Insurance license required

Basic computer skills
-
Typing minimum of 35 wpm

Grammatical skills
