JOB DESCRIPTION- Software developer responsible for generating detailed design, implementation, test and documentation of real-time flight simulation software for IR& D and possible other programs. - Duties also include participating in periodic technical reviews, simulation integration support, design documentation, and peer reviews.- Contributes to their team or department by applying their knowledge of one or more functional areas. - Fully developed professional able to work well in in team environment as well as independently with guidance or direction from others. - Has in depth knowledge of the discipline and role.

Required: Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Masters degree desirable.- Software skills required are C/C++. - Highly
desirable software skills include: Linux, Irix, Clearcase, Object-oriented
programming, Perl, Unix shell programming, HTML, XML, OpenGL Graphics,
Avionic databus protocols (ARINC, MIL-STD-1553, etc), real-time simulation
programming and developing hardware device drivers. - Experience developing
applications with National Instruments LabVIEW is desirable.- Strong written
and oral skills are required. - PC skills and the ability to accommodate
changing priorities on a daily basis are a must. - The candidate will be
involved in a variety of simulation projects and not just one project for
a long period of time - our facility and our projects are very diverse.-
Must be US citizen- No dual citizens.- Drug Screen- Background Check- US
Citizen or Green Card Holder
