*3+ years' experience in product development collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet business requirements, identify and solve user problems, and delight users through informed experience design.
*Demonstrate design fundamentals applied across multiple platforms, web and native-based applications.
*Communicate comfortably and effectively with external users and internal teams (product, engineering, etc.), in a way that builds trust and confidence with customers and colleagues.
*Resourceful team player who demonstrates time/priority management works well in groups and independently.
*Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
*Assist product teams in defining functional interaction requirements specifications.
*Develop mockup/prototype interaction designs, information architecture, navigation structures, user interaction models, wire frames and screen flows.
*Work with interaction team to conduct customer studies of mockups, prototypes and existing interfaces; and iterate designs based on usability test results.
*Use storyboards and mockups to effectively communicate designs to product management and engineering teams.
*Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
*Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
