The ideal candidate will be responsible for SEC filing, financial statement analysis & review, and cash flow. br B /B br B Primary responsibilities include: /B br ul
li Reporting to the SEC Reporting Manager, responsible for supporting the timely and accurate preparation and filing of the Company's SEC reports (10Qs, 10Ks, and 8Ks) and Earnings Releases in compliance with all SEC requirements, US GAAP, and Company policies and procedures. /li li Participate in developing and interpreting financial accounting policies and SEC requirements; analyze and provide technical interpretation of accounting changes. /li li Research and drive the timely resolution of complex accounting matters. /li li Aid in the preparation of press release tables and other SEC documents. /li li Review new contracts to ensure proper treatment of accounting matters. /li li Provide accounting oversight and guidance on an as needed basis throughout the company. /li /ul
B /B br B Requirements: /B br ul
li Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; CPA preferred /li li Experience: 8+ years of experience with public company external reporting experience /li li Strong in-depth experience researching a variety of technical accounting matters /li li Strong understanding of SEC regulatory requirements and US GAAP /li li Ability to research and propose simplified resolutions on complex accounting issues. /li /ul
