Job Description
We have an immediate opening for Sec Processing Intermediate Analysts located in Roseland, NJ. These are temporary positions.
These individuals are responsible for the fund and partnership accounting for Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds and the financial reporting for those entities.
Responsibilties:
- Prepare the annual financial statements including cost/unrealized rolls, FAS 157 tables, SOI, financial highlights.
- Maintain a controlled, SAS 70 operating environment that complies with operational standards.
- Accumulate and summarize portfolio activity from the funds' investment manager, banks, custodians and underlying fund administrators.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum 2-4 years of experience in Hedge Fund Administration and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience working with MS Office Products.
