This is an intern/co-op position. Only student applicants will be considered.
As a HR Intern in the rotational program, students will have the opportunity to rotate between two key areas of human resources during the 12-week internship; Talent and Total Rewards OR Shared Services and Plant Generalist. In this role, the intern will work with the HR team by supporting the tactical management of daily HR operations, tied specifically to the functional needs.
Partner with the talent acquisition team in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening and support the Talent Acquisition Consultants in the interview and selection process.
Performs assigned talent acquisition & onboarding duties including sourcing, recruitment & selection and new hire orientation
Promotes and supports Bemis health and wellness initiatives
Provides HRIS/payroll transactional support to business leaders, processes HR transactions, provides standard HRIS reports and adhoc reports to business leaders along with required data analytics to support decision making.
Partners with HR Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR Service Model, including resolution of employee inquiries and issues
Bachelors Degree of Human Resources
Target Grade Levels: Junior, Senior
Minimum GPA: 3.0
