Job Description
Looking for a May/June 2017 graduation candidate for a 15 week paid internship that could lead to full time position with salary and benefits.

Exciting internship opportunity with the world's largest social expressions company! American Greetings major greeting card lines are American Greetings, Carlton Cards, Gibson, Recycled Paper Greetings and Papyrus.

The goal of the internship is to learn how to run a successful sales territory, working with an Area Supervisor. Internship will culminate with a presentation on a topic that may include: process improvement, merchandising, marketing strategy, or logistics. Topic will be finalized within the first 3 weeks of the program.

The Intern will have opportunity to learn more about:
Managing Part-time employees
Merchandising Best Practices
Hiring and Recruiting
Planning and Organizing
Implementing Corporate Programs
Selling and Marketing

This internship will allow the candidate to work while still attending classes and may lead to a full-time position with American Greetings after graduation. Must be willing to relocate.

This is a paid internship.

Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have a Business or Management major. Experience in retail or managing/coaching others helpful, but not required.
