Position Summary
The Intern position will rotate through multiple functions within the local office support and operations team of the BCG New Jersey office. The intern will support Recruiting, Events, Office Services, Finance, Learning and Development, and Staffing executing specific tasks under the guidance of BCG staff responsible for those functions.

Job Responsibilities

Assist Recruiting Team with:

* Event planning for offeree weekends

* Coordination of interview process - create student and interviewer packets for candidates and provide on-site support during interviews

* Marketing support - print and organize materials used at various recruiting events (BCG giveaways, brochures, nametags, sign in sheets, etc.)

* Working in Recruiting tool

* Providing administrative support to team, including: Recruiting Directors, Recruiting Team, School Specialists, Class/Summer Deans

Assist Events and Office Services Team with:

* Planning and execution of office social events

* Researching and contacting potential venues and vendors to support office social events

* Creating and printing event media using PowerPoint

* Creating, exporting and maintaining surveys and survey results using Verint and Excel

* Maintaining Excel database for each event

* Room set-up and logistics needs on Fridays such as internal meetings, trainings, office lunches and special events (some of these events/trainings can be offsite)

Assist Finance Team with:

* Annual audit of T&B files (system report clean up, charge code report audits, etc.)

* Assist with transactional items as needed (moving hours & expenses b/w cases, client invoice issuing, accounts payable coordination, filing, etc.)

* Shadow Finance team to learn and understand all processes of local finance department (assisting where needed)

Assist Learning & Development Team with:

* Planning local training events, coordinating logistics and acting as on-site support

* Creating feedback surveys, downloading responses, analyzing and formatting results into PowerPoint presentations

Assist Staffing Team with:

* Maintaining and updating all staffing assignments and related data in the Staffing Online database system

* Requesting updated staffing bios from consulting staff and uploading to individual Navigator pages as well as shared server

* Conducting Navigator searches on specific skills or experience requested for cases staffing

* Maintaining electronic filing system to track active and archival case information and staffing agreements

Basic Job Requirements

* Must be enrolled in America Needs You program

* Candidate for university/college degree in good standing

* High school diploma required

* Organizational skills: ability to handle competing priorities and to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment

* Other ad hoc projects and support, as needed
