Applicant will work directly with the Internal Sales Coordinator and the Dallas DI Center's External Wholesalers to help both build and reinforce borker relationships and files. Both phone calls and e-mails will be used to not only confirm current information for Producers, but also cultivate further details that would help the representatives when approaching that broker. Intern will spend majority of other time updating profiles based on upcoming appointments, cleaning out older records/dead applications from SmartOffice.
20-30 hours per week
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Applicant will need to be actively pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university or needs to have already obtained such a degree and looking for an entry-level position. Preferred majors include Business, Risk Management, Financial Planning, Communications, or Liberal Arts. Student must be at least a sophomore and have housing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
