Global VISA and Relocation Specifications: K-C will not provide support for relocation of the chosen candidate for this role. An estimate of approximate relocation costs can be found using the relocation tool found on the @myHR. However, K-C will provide assistance and financial support to obtain immigration visas and work authorization for the chosen candidate, if needed. Compensation may vary by location.



Job Description

The ideal candidate will...



* Support and manage Essendant inside sales interactions

* Focus on driving Best Brands growth and other customer interactions (e.g. SPR, Saalfeld, etc).

* Assist with other project work that might come up.

* Build Essendant Inside Sales Capability on Kimberly Clark offerings, Best Brands, KCP Advantage and other programs/promotions.

* Help manage Best Brands for Essendant, SPR, Saalfeld and Bunzl

* Gain complete understanding of Best Brands including processes, set-up, necessary requirements, etc.

* Utilize Best Brands to leverage and increase engagement with Channel Partners

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development Managers, Channel Marketers, End-user Specialists, etc.) to execute strategic plans and objectives with Essendant Inside Sales teams and Wholesale Partners

* Work closely with our Rede partners on Best Brands Program

* Grow Best Brand soft customers to Best Brand Silver status

* Grow Best Brand Silver customer to Elite status

* Work with Best Brand Elite customers to insure they are meeting necessary requirements to keep Elite Status

* Bring fresh perspective and feedback

* Creative ideas on innovation and how to improve compliance

* Must be able to multi-task and aggressively utilize phone, email and other forms of communication to reach customers and drive positive sales results

* Work closely with other team members to penetrate key Best Brand customers and Wholesale Partners

* Utilize Salesforce.com (CRM Program) and other tools to track progress and results
