Internal Medicine

Full-time permanent Internal Medicine physician positions in the community of Ithaca, Cayuga Medical Associates, a non-profit physician professional corporation affiliated with Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca. Cayuga Medical Associates currently consists of 2 Internal Medicine locations, a Cardiology practice, Orthopedic surgery practice and a Neurosurgical practice. One of the Internal Medicine practices is looking to expand to 5-6 providers The practice is located the northeast section of town, convenient to the hospitals urgent care center. The 15,000 sq. ft. office building is light and open in design with ample parking. Ideally, the incoming Internal Medicine physicians would be out of residency for two-three years and have experience in a busy office setting. The incoming physicians need to have an excellent work ethic and excellent customer satisfaction skills. This will be a salaried position with strong production incentives as well as a comprehensive and competitive benefit program. The vision is for an outpatient practice, as CMA has an excellent hospitalist service. Call will be shared equally by all members of the practice and is shared with other internists in private practice. The office currently has 4 physicians and 1 mid-level provider Call at present is 1:6. * Information about the area: Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes.
