Summary:
The Internal Support Coordinator will provide customer service and support regarding the daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable functions to internal customers under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Brookdale. Bringing new life to senior living. Essential duties and responsibilities include
Providing quality customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-channel environment; assisting with ensuring phone coverage, analyzing accounts and queries, and processing billing adjustments, as needed, to maintain desired levels of customer satisfaction and account accuracy relative to Accounts Receivable billing systems
Assisting with training of internal and community associates and updating documentation as it pertains to the Accounts Receivable procedures and functionality available in multiple proprietary systems.
Helping identify, research, and resolve potential billing errors through regular customer account audits to ensure billing accuracy and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience.

Ideal candidate should have
Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred
Excellent customer service skills with minimum 2-3 years experience with phone inquiries
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Billing and/or Accounts Receivable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.)
