International Admissions Advisor

Kaplan Test Prep seeks an International Admissions Advisor located the Pasadena, CA area.

International Admissions Advisor responsibilities include:
- Deliver effective and customer-friendly communication with internal and external customers and their representatives to facilitate a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Provide timely, accurate and compliant advising about course options, visa regulations, course availability, and the enrollment process
- Ensure timely, accurate and compliant application review, document processing, and record management.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Prior International Student Advising/DSO experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to taking care of our customers.
- Computer literacy and data entry skills including MS Word and Excel.
- US Citizen and/or Resident Alien
- Fluency in Spanish or Arabic is desirable.
