Please email your resume directly to a href='mailto:Joshua.Koch@parkerlynch.com' Joshua.Koch@parkerlynch.com /a /span if interested! br   br Job Purpose:  Plan, Organize and Coordinate all facets of the global provision for income taxes and financial reporting for income taxes in accordance with ASC 740 on a quarterly and annual basis.  Responsibilities also include special projects including analyzing data, planning, forecasting, researching, documentation and process improvements. br   br Primary Duties and Responsibilities: br Compile, review and analyze global quarterly and annual tax provisions including calculations for ASC 740 (FAS 109), and ASC 740-10 (FIN 48), as well as all tax account reconciliations, related SOX 404 documentation/compliance and corresponding footnote disclosures. br Coordinate with members of global finance team and tax personnel to ensure proper completion and consistency of the US GAAP tax provision. br Analyze income tax reserves, deferred tax assets/liabilities, income tax payable account and income tax provision on a global basis. br Responsible for analyzing and understanding the implications of the analysis of provision items. br Correspond with internal and external auditors. br Research and interpret guidance for financial reporting for income taxes. br Direct, coach and mentor global tax department and non-US finance/tax personnel on ASC 740 and related topics. br   br Knowledge and Skill: br Strong working knowledge and experience in financial reporting. br Knowledge and experience in application of accounting concepts (i.e. experience with income statement, balance sheet, journal entries, purchase accounting, etc). br Strong technical knowledge of tax accounting (e.g., tax code / US GAAP), SEC rules and requirements and knowledge of accounting principles. br Skill in establishing strong tax controls and processes. br Strong project and leadership skills as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. br Results oriented with the ability to direct or manage multiple projects simultaneously. br Must possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. br Must be a team-player with the ability to work in a group environment. br Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. br Must possess the ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish multiple tasks and projects without close supervision br Management experience – Ability to motivate, lead and develop others. br   br Work experience requirements: br Eight (8) years of relevant experience in financial accounting for taxes (ASC 740), along with broad experience in management, accounting and tax areas.  National accounting firm or large public corporation required.  Experience with OneSource Tax Provision a plus. br   br Education & Certification Requirements br Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience is required. br   br span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' If you or someone you know is interested in this opportunity please send resume directly to a href='mailto:joshua.koch@parkerlynch.com' joshua.koch@parkerlynch.com /a /span ! br /span
