Job Description
Company: Oakwood Hospital
Facility: Oakwood Hospital & Medical Center at Dearborn
Department: Security
Job Summary:
The incumbent will conduct investigations involving internal and external customers to achieve favorable outcomes as related to Security Services. Document outcomes and root cause analyses relating to critical events. Document trends and patterns and make recommendations to Security Management.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree in law enforcement or security preferred
Experience: 2 years experience within a security/police organization. 1 year documented experience as a case investigator.
Licensure: Valid Michigan Operators License with good driving record
Skills: Investigatory Report Writing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Knowledge of Michigan Criminal and Civil Laws
Excellent customer service and public relations skills
Demonstrate CREDO when dealing with other cultures. Regular/Full time Day
