Job Description
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world s leading international law firms, is seeking an entry level Paralegal in the Investment Management Practice Group who will be resident in our Philadelphia office. Reporting to the Director Investment Company Services, this position will include working with attorneys, clients, accountants and other team members to prepare Securities and Exchange Commission filings and Board meeting materials, in compliance with federal securities regulations.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have strong writing and proofing skills. This position also requires a highly motivated individual with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, a willingness to learn, and initiative to handle multiple responsibilities in a professional, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The candidate must exercise sound judgment, provide excellent client service and effectively interact with clients as well as staff at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Flexibility to work overtime is necessary.
