The Investor Relations group serves as a key point of contact to the firm’s investor base and supports the firm’s Business Development team. This role requires a motivated individual with a proactive approach to working with other team members and departments, ability to manage tight reporting deadlines, and strong attention to detail. br   br The Investor Relations Associate’s responsibilities will include: br Manage critical Investor Relations projects, including FATCA compliance, CRM migration, reporting automation projects, investor portal creation, etc. br   br   br Update and manage investor information in CRM databases br Assist with investor communications (including letters, mailers, emails, and presentation materials), internal reporting and data entry br Correspond daily with back office teams on day to day and ad hoc activity br Process new investor subscriptions, including the collection and analysis of legal documentation br Interact with clients during the on-boarding phase for the purpose of processing subscription documents br   br Desired Background: br   br Bachelor’s degree required br 3-5 years of related experience  in investor relations or in public accounting br Demonstrated project management skills br Excellent organizational and communication skills br Demonstrated ability to meet deliverables, learn quickly and independently, and improve processes br Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team br Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Word and Excel br Technical skills and financial background a strong plus br Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics a plus br Knowledge regarding FATCA and other industry regulations a strong plus br   br   br   br /span
