JOB DESCRIPTIONAn Invoicing Associate position is now open in Plano, TX through Adecco Group for a national client that is the 'largest ridesharing company in the world'. This is a 6month contract position with a possibility of direct hire.
Position: Invoicing Associate
Location: Plano, TX
Length: 6month contract
Pay Rate: $15.00hr - $18.00hr DOE
Hours: 40hr week
About the Role:
*Create and monitor billing workflows
*Build and maintain invoicing reporting
*Track, document and archive all invoicing approvals/denials
*Make educated and informed invoicing decisions
*Coordinate monthly invoicing reviews with Vendor Managers
*Review and respond to department inquiries
*Manage a low timeline for the successful review of all invoices
*Research and remediate account discrepancies
*Two or more years experience with accounting/billing
*Strong communication and reporting skills
*Strong organizational and time management skills
*Excellent with Excel is a MUST
*Must have flexible schedule
