li An Iteration Manager leads standing development teams to deliver high quality working software through adoption of innovative best practices. /li li The Iteration Manager works in partnership with project teams to deliver project objectives through structured planning and leverages appropriate delivery methods (agile, iterative, etc.). To improve quality and increase software delivery velocity, the Iteration Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, user communities and project teams to learn and implement best practices. /li li They also perform peer-to-peer coaching, training and mentoring to improve process competencies across multiple standing teams. /li li Continuously monitors team throughput and/or velocity to achieve iteration goals and /li /ul
              commitments; leads the team to deliver high-quality software br ul
li Uses technical and functional knowledge to remove roadblocks within the standing team and /li /ul
              identify any technical risks that might have an impact on the delivery (risks with architecture, br               design, patterns, performance, security, etc.); communicates obstacles requiring outside br               resolution to the Project Manager br ul
li Facilitates effort or design estimates with the team to support iteration, release and project /li /ul
             delivery within the Business Solution Area (BSA) br ul
li Collaborates with the line leads to provide guidance to the team in the areas of analysis, /li /ul
             design, development and testing, and ensures that best practices are leveraged br ul
li Helps to drive skill uplift through the coaching of team members /li li Ensures the team is ready to accept the work by inspecting the quality of functional /li /ul
              requirements for release or iteration planning (business requirements use br               cases, stories, etc.) br ul
li Leads iteration planning collaboratively, works with the Business Application Owner or /li /ul
              Business Lead to build and maintain a prioritized product backlog br ul
