JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is not your average consulting company. The environment is unstructured and entrepreneurial and they have very low turnover. They say they like to promote individuals from within, and they do exactly that. The experience to be gained and the opportunity to be had, working with this global firm, is endless! Their office is in the heart of downtown Denver, right in the center of all the hustle and bustle. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that has been in business for over 100 years and foster a positive, growth-centric environment.
This Junior Analyst will produce reports, support the development of their account model, manage data, and support all consulting searches for the Department Managers. Our client has received consistent recognition for being a business to watch in Colorado and there is no stopping in sight. The growth and development this position will offer, to the right individual, is priceless. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, have excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
In addition, being receptive to coaching and feedback is critical as is adaptability. Aside from salary, there are opportunities for bonus, and great benefits. This is an adult office, so no micro-managers here - someone who can self-manage will write their own ticket to success.
If you think your work-ethic and critical thinking abilities line up, then apply today! The ideal candidate will thrive on this team and possess expert MS Office skills. A Bachelor's degree is required ? but it doesn't have to be in Finance or Accounting - the right individual will have a mind for numbers, but not necessarily a related degree.
We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to disability or protected veteran status.
